Eric Brock
Chairman and CEO
Eric is our Chairman and CEO and works closely with our management team and partners to drive our customer-focused MC-IoT solutions and ecosystem leveraging our core IEEE 802.16s and FullMAX solutions. He is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of global banking and investing experience. Previously, Eric served as a founding Partner and Portfolio Manager with Clough Capital Partners, a Boston-based investment firm from 2000 to 2017. Prior to Clough, Eric was an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. and an accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Boston College.
Derek Reisfield
Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary
Mr. Reisfield has extensive management and leadership experience in addition to expertise in financial and strategic business operations. He has been a director of Ondas Holdings since 2018 and had previously been a director of Ondas Networks. Mr. Reisfield is currently the President and CEO of Thetis Business Solutions. Previously Mr. Reisfield was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, Vice President, Business Development of CBS, and was a Co-Founder and Chairman of MarketWatch. Mr. Reisfield holds a BA from Wesleyan University, and an AM in Communications Management from the Annenberg School of Communications of the University of Southern California.
Stewart Kantor
President and co-founder
Stewart brings 20 years of experience in the wireless industry to Ondas Networks. His experience includes senior level positions in marketing, finance, and product development at AT&T Wireless, BellSouth International, and Nokia Siemens Networks. Since 2004, Stewart has focused exclusively on the development of private wireless data network technologies for mission-critical industries including electric and water utility, oil & gas, transportation, municipality and defense. Stewart has a BA from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.
Menashe Shahar
Chief Technology Officer and co-founder
Menashe has over 30 years of telecommunications system development experience including the design and implementation of broadband wireless data systems. He has worked for top tier system integrators and service providers including WorldCom, Nortel, and ADC. Menashe has been awarded multiple patents in the data communications industry, and has been an active participant in major wireless standardization activities including IEEE 802.16. He holds a BSC & MSC in electrical engineering at Tel Aviv University, Israel.
Guy Simpson
Chief Operating Officer
Guy brings a diverse set of managerial, operational, and engineering skills to the Ondas team. After graduating with honors in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire (UK), Guy joined AT&T Bell Laboratories as a software engineer and was rapidly promoted to technical manager. In 1989, Guy joined Catapult Communications, a leading developer of telecommunications test equipment for the world’s major wireless equipment manufacturers and operators including Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Motorola, NEC, NTT DoCoMo, and Nokia Siemens Networks. During his 19-year tenure with Catapult, Guy held a variety of senior positions including Vice President of Applications Engineering and Vice President of Product Development. Guy was part of the executive team that led Catapult to a successful IPO in 1999.
Wayne Tatro
Strategic Advisor, Transportation Business Unit
Wayne has over thirty-five years of experience in the transportation industry, holding various leadership positions at Class 1 railroads, including the title of CEO of a leading mission critical software and technology company, and most recently as an industry consultant. Throughout his career, he has led the development, marketing, and implementation of high growth business plans that have leveraged new and emerging technologies to support and enable logistics operations. Wayne has worked with notable companies in the transportation industry including GE Transportation, Boeing and a number of the North American Class I Freight Railroads and Transit Agencies.
Martin Paget
Vice President, Industry Solutions
Martin has over 30 years of executive experience serving the global railroad industry developing and applying mission critical signaling and control and communication systems; specializing in mobile field solutions, edge-to-cloud applications, back-office analytic systems, and integrating novel sensor and technology systems into a holistic solution. Prior to joining Ondas Networks, he held the role of Senior Director, Digital Product Management for GE Transportation where he managed and developed field maintenance and safety software solutions and applied innovative technologies including unmanned aerial vehicles, multi-sensor data and image analytics and ground-based robotics to increase efficiencies in the transportation industry. Mr. Paget has also held senior leadership and technical roles with Xorail, Inc. (a subsidiary of the Wabtec Corporation) and Safetran Systems Corporation (which was acquired by Siemens).
Robert Burchard
Vice President, Business Development
Robert has more than twenty-five years of experience in the wireless communications industry. Of these twenty-five years, he has fifteen in the development and sales of wireless data networks including senior positions at Pacific Monolithics, Vyyo, Arcadian Networks, and On-Ramp. Robert is an expert in private wireless data networks including hardware and software data communications development for utilities including distribution utilities and the oil & gas industry.
